Refund, Review & Cancellation Policy

At Eye Me Up Aesthetics, all treatments are provided with care and professionalism. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Once a treatment has been carried out, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given for:

Where a review appointment is included, it should be attended approximately 14 days after treatment.

Any complimentary review or top-up must be completed within 21 days of the original treatment date.

After 21 days, any additional treatment required will be chargeable at the standard treatment price.

Failure to attend or arrange a review appointment within 21 days will be deemed acceptance of the treatment result.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in the loss of your deposit.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
